Catawba Brewing – White Zombie

Style: Ale
ABV: 5.10%     IBU: 0.0

We named this beer as a Halloween seasonal brew. But its refreshing taste makes it a year round staple. Zombie is made according to the Belgian Witbier tradition of using unmalted wheat to create the light body and white sheen. Additions of coriander and orange peel give Zombie a fruity and spicy character, while the hops are subtle and lightly detected. Don’t be scared to blow the head off a Zombie and drink up!

D9 Brewing Co. – Brown Sugar Brown Cow

This Mocha Brown ale needed a fanatical bovine with a brown sugar sweet side and a kick of Colombian coffee. Brown Sugar Brown Cow is brewed with chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar and Colombian coffee. We added a hint of lactose, and this brew is a mocha coffee and cream concoction so good you’ll say its name.

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery – Captain Jack

Style: Pilsner
ABV: 4.80%     IBU: 0.0

A classic northern German "Pils", this straw-colored lager is smooth, with a subtle yet assertive hoppiness that doesn't overwhelm your palate or the beer's malt backbone. A perfect summer refresher.

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery – Copper

Style: Altbier
ABV: 4.80%     IBU: 31.0

OMB Copper is an authentic Düsseldorf style “Altbier.” Alt means “old” in German, as in “old school.” So there are no crazy flavors or gimmicks with Copper — it’s just an amazingly fresh, easy-drinking beer that tastes like beer. We use expensive (but worth it) Bavarian hops and brew in strict accordance with the “Reinheitsgebot” German beer purity law to guarantee it.

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery – Mecklenburger

Style: Lager
ABV: 4.90%     IBU: 20.0

This Bavarian style lager is a liquid homage to our home in Mecklenburg County. With its crystal clear, golden blonde color, Mecklenburger is fresh, smooth and easy to love (just like home!). Its slight malty character is perfectly balanced by very subtle, lingering hop notes and a crisp, refreshing finish to help take the steam out of a hot Carolina day.

Wicked Weed – Lunatic Blonde

ABV: 6.50%     IBU: 24.0

This ale is made in the Belgian tradition with Noble hops and our Belgian yeast giving this blonde golden colored ale a wonderfully complex spicy clove like aroma and subtle dried apricot, and biscuit like flavor. This beer is a wonderful entry level Belgian beer for anyone unsure of Belgian styles.

Wicked Weed – Napoleon Complex

Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 5.00%     IBU: 37.0

This wondrous hoppy pale ale acts as though he has something to prove. Due to his sessionable status, he compensates by deploying an onslaught of aggressive hop aromas and flavors. Don’t be intimidated, his bark is worse than his bite. Have a pint, then another, to prove that you will not be perturbed by his domineering personality.
