Epic Brewing Co. – Son of a Baptist - Nitro

Style: Stout
ABV: 8.00%     IBU: 0.0

Each resulting release of Son of a Baptist is widely different depending on the coffee selected. Some are fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, others are rich and earthy with a big roasted finish. Son of a Baptist is an 8% ABV imperial stout. It is not barrel aged like its father, Big Bad Baptist; instead its flavor profile was designed to highlight the complex and often unique flavors of small batch coffees. Instead of sourcing a coffee that would play well in a beer we sought out creative and innovative roasters, then asked them which beans they’re passionate about.

Epic Brewing Co. – Tart N' Juicy

Style: Sour
ABV: 4.50%     IBU: 0.0

Tart ‘n Juicy is a 4.5%, fresh, kettle soured, India Pale Ale with bright notes of grapefruit, agave, tangerine and passion fruit. Normally “sour” and “India Pale Ale” would be contradictory terms because the flavor combinations can be tough to bring together in just the right way. Traditionally, sours are aged for a very long time, whereas hops should be enjoyed as fresh as possible.

Fate Brewing Co. – Moirai

ABV: 7.20%     IBU: 70.0

This beer is defined by its pronounced hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. It has a solid malt backbone that works with the citrusy American hops. The hop bouquet resonates like flavors of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit. The mouth feel is crisp and dry leaving a balance of bitterness and rich malt on the palate. It is golden honey in color.

Good River Beer – American

Style: Pilsner
ABV: 6.00%     IBU: 30.0

American is a clean, crisp, and brilliantly clear lager that packs much more flavor than you might expect. Soft malt and slight sweetness in the delicate aroma mingle with subtle, floral hops. A high percentage of corn lends the perception of sweetness and a respectable level of hop bitterness and flavor that hearken back to pre-Prohibition days. This is a substantial Pilsner that is at the same time approachable and flavorful.

Great Divide Brewing – Hoss Rye Lager

Style: Lager
ABV: 6.20%     IBU: 0.0

HOSS is based on the Märzen lagers of Germany. Rich, layered malt notes, with hints of cherry and dark fruits, dominate, while the unique addition of rye imparts a slightly earthy, spicy character. Hoss finishes crisp and dry, and its brilliant red-orange color is a toast to the sunsets that make the perfect backdrop for this beer.

Odell Brewing – Cutthroat Porter

Style: Porter
ABV: 5.10%     IBU: 36.0

Odell Brewing – Drumroll

Style: Pale Ale
ABV: 5.30%     IBU: 42.0

Drumroll is an unfiltered American Pale Ale. A bold, juicy, citrus-inspired and tropically hop forward APA that looks and tastes like pineapple, orange, mango, and grapefruit. The complex fruit character is the result of the careful combination of our favorite current crop year hops with no fruit or juice addition necessary.

Odell Brewing – Mountain Standard

ABV: 9.50%     IBU: 60.0

Mountain Standard, Double Black IPA, features the homegrown hops our Brewers helped pick from farms along Colorado's western slope. MST pours committingly dark with a light tan head and a slightly roasted hoppy nose. An ephemeral bitterness, the result of combining roasted malts with an assertive American hop profile, contributes to MST's act of balance and harmony.

Odell Brewing – Rupture

Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.00%     IBU: 37.0

Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character.
