The addition of comet hops adds a grassy, citrus note that announces its presence without being overpowering. Using nitrogen to keep and serve the brew, maintains freshness and creates a creamy mouthful with a sweet and lasting finish.

This is the beer that started it all. A rich, creamy mouthfeel complements a layered depth, revealing distinctive chocolate and coffee notes. Full of flavor, yet easy to drink.



Drake's Brewing – Amber

An English-style Extra Special Bitter, or ESB. This deep copper brew has a pungent hop aroma from East Kent Golding, but delivers a distinctly malty flavor from Crystal and Chocolate specialty malts.

Tart ‘n Juicy is a 4.5%, fresh, kettle soured, India Pale Ale with bright notes of grapefruit, agave, tangerine and passion fruit. Normally “sour” and “India Pale Ale” would be contradictory terms because the flavor combinations can be tough to bring together in just the right way. Traditionally, sours are aged for a very long time, whereas hops should be enjoyed as fresh as possible.

Hops are the female flowers of the hop plant, traditionally grown in hop gardens. We find the Hop first mentioned by Pliny, who speaks of it as a garden plant among the Romans.

The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon grow in outstanding vineyards planted throughout Monterey County. We age this Cabernet in French oak (60% new). Inviting red cherry and currant jam aromas complement notes of vanilla and caramel. Chewy tannins frame bright cherry and berry flavors that carry through the long, smooth finish.



High Water Brewing – Campfire Stout -- NITRO

Critical Hit’s rich, malty expression is balanced by 16 varieties of hops that linger on the palate. Its high gravity nature warms the cheeks and soul. Critical Hit does maximum damage, so you might have to roll to save if you take this ale for granted!
